They complement the skills of Uttarakhand Association for Positive People living with HIV/AIDS teams and help strengthen their capacity. Volunteers leave behind valued contributions in the form of publishable best practices, research and policy papers, technical and research reports, training curricula and manuals, research and program evaluation tools, and educational materials. Volunteers also help mobilize new funding for program expansion and help implement and improve the quality of existing programs. The volunteers will have opportunities to gain leadership, technical, advocacy, and research skills and learn nonprofit and program management and advanced documentation.
We are looking for passionate volunteers with skills and experiences in such areas as public health, business, social work, gender, medicine, and other related fields. We prefer a minimum of two months commitment.
